Good to know

How do I use the card?

Simply contact us with the card code to choose the dates, subject to availability. The “Off-season” formula applies to stays between 1 November and 31 March.

How long is it valid?

Twelve months from purchase. The price is fixed at purchase, even if our rates change. A supplement may apply if the stay has more guests or a more expensive room than planned.

Can I get a refund?

You have 14 days after purchase to ask for a refund. During this period a stay can only start once it has ended, unless you tick the early-use box before paying: the card is then usable immediately, and you lose your right of withdrawal once the stay has been fully completed (if you withdraw before that, we only keep the part already used). After the period, the card is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

Is the tourist tax included?

No: it is €0.75 per adult per night and is paid on site.
